Thus the funny face - thus the cropping of the photo. So is it all about external beauty? Is that what this heart challenge all about? It isn't a get thin become beautiful challenge. Thus the fight to remember that it is health that will let you enjoy life not constant dieting and hating self because of failing.
So folks - the real me has roles, flabby thighs and a desire to become healthy and strong WITHOUT dieting but by exercising and making healthy choice because I am worth it! Now - where is that 7 layer chocolate cake? JUST KIDDING

I know the drill. I felt self-conscious about pictures too, but I'm so glad I came to our family reunion this year - it was great spending time with you! Your HC commitment has me back on track again. Thanks!
Here's a recipe for a guilt-free goodie you can enjoy any time of year.
Pumpkin Fluff
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar-free instant pudding mix*
8 oz. carton (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
Stir (whip) pumpkin puree with pudding mix, then fold in most of the whipped topping. To serve, spoon 1 cup pumpkin fluff into dessert dish, add a dollop of reserved whipped topping & sprinkle with nutmeg. Yummy!
*I forgot to add the best flavor of pudding mix to use is butterscotch, but vanilla works well too. Enjoy! /fmk
Thank-you so very much - It sounds so good!! You looked awesome at the family reunion! Love you.
